Rebecca has recently returned home to beautiful Orange after 15 years of living away in Sydney, the Central Coast and overseas. She joined the fantastic team at Spine Alive in August 2009 and has been practising as a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner for the past 5 years. She graduated from a 4 year degree at UTS with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in TCM in 2005. Rebecca has also worked in community and hospital pharmacy environments for over 11 years, which has fuelled her passion for preventative and holistic health care.

Rebecca has traveled through China and South East Asia where she has visited TCM practitioners, combining her love for travel & photography with her interests in eastern food, culture and medicine. She completed an internship at the Zhejiang Provincial Hospital in Hangzhou, China in 2007 and observed the extensive application of acupuncture and Chinese herbal therapy for a wide variety of conditions.

Rebecca believes that health is about finding moderation and balance in many areas of our lives. She tries to find this balance herself through nutritious & tasty food, yoga, bike riding, netball, music, bushwalking, gardening, photography and time with friends and family. She has particular interests in treating conditions related to pain, depression, digestion & women’s health. She hopes to help encourage & empower people to take action & responsibility to improve their own current states of health.
